Granbelm 's official website began streaming the second video, this one focusing on Nene - part series of promotional videos titled “Fragment of Emotion” on Saturday (29). The site is revealing a new video every day for seven consecutive days, each focusing on a different character. The first video focused on Kuon .
With its premiere scheduled for July 5th, the animation is from the Nexus studio (Wakaba Girl, Chivalry of a Failed Knight), the direction is by Masaharu Watanabe (Re:ZERO, Wakaba Girl), the story is by Jukki Hanada (Sound ! Euphonium, Love Live!, Love Live! Sunshine!!) and the character design is by Shinichirou Otsuka (re:ZERO novel illustration). Infinite is producing the anime. Eir Aoi performs the opening theme “Tsuki o Ou Mayonaka” (Following the Moon in the Middle of the Night), and Uru performs the anime's ending theme “Negai” (Wish).

The story takes place in a world that long ago had the existence of magic, but has long since lost this ability. The story begins when normal high school student Mangetsu Kohinata meets Shingetsu Ernesta Fukami, who has returned to Japan from Germany, on the night of a full moon.
