The official account for the Great Pretender announced on Twitter the new arc of the anime, called “ CASE4: Wizard of the Far East ” with a preview and visual.
The new arc promises to explore Laurent's past, with the team traveling between Shanghai and Tokyo to try to outwit the "Suzaku Association," which allegedly buys and sells children.
CASO4 preview starts at 52s.
Additionally, CASO4 arrives on Netflix on September 21st.
Synopsis
The story follows Makoto Edamura, one of Japan's biggest con artists, who, along with his partner Kudo, pulls off numerous scams across the country. However, one day, the two try to swindle a Frenchman, but Makoto ends up being duped instead and is drawn into the world of French underworld, where he becomes embroiled in a variety of troubles.
Anyway, we still don't have news on how many arcs the anime will have, but considering that arc 4 starts in episode 15, we will probably see at least one more arc before the end in episode 23. The anime premiered on June 2nd.

Hiro Kaburagi ( 91 Days ) is directing the anime at Wit Studio . Yoshiyuki Sadamoto ( Evangelion ) is the character designer. Ryota Kosawa is the scriptwriter, and Shouji Hata is the sound director.
