The “Gridman Universe Showcase” event revealed a teaser and new images for the Gridman Universe movie on Sunday.
The teaser trailer reveals additional cast members and the film's opening date of March 24th.
The additional cast for the film includes:
- Ryousuke Takahashi as Caliber
- Katsuyuki Konishi as Max
- Aoi Yuki as Borr
- Masaya Matsukaze as Vit
- Mayumi Shintani as Rikka's mother
- Kenichi Suzumura as the Knight
- Karin Takahashi as “the 2nd”
In addition, the supporting cast also includes Suzuki Mimori as Namiko and Akari Kito as Hassu.
Akira Amemiya is returning to direct the film at Studio Trigger . Other returning staff members include screenwriter Keiichi Hasegawa , character designer Masaru Sakamoto , and composer Shiro Sagisu .
The anime SSSS.Dynazenon ended in June with a teaser card for the “Next Gridman Universe” and the words “Gridman x Dynazemon,” and then announced in October that it would reveal the new project this winter.
