GTA 5 Back to Xbox Game Pass in April

Microsoft officially announced GTA 5's return to the Xbox Game Pass catalog . The return of the acclaimed Rockstar title takes place from April 15. With a differential that promises to please players even more: for the first time, the game will also be available on PC Game Pass. The version included in the service will be GTA V ENHANCED, which brings graphic improvements and unpublished features, such as HAO's Special Works vehicles.

The new partnership between Microsoft and Take-Two reinforces companies' effort to keep the franchise accessible while GTA VI's release approaches. This time, the game can be downloaded in the three main service plans: Xbox Game Pass Standard, PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate. The inclusion of the game in the catalog renews interest in a title that, even after more than a decade, follows among the most played in the world.

Improved, multiplatform and barriers version for online

With the focus on playing the players, the Enhanced version promises to deliver a more fluid and modern experience. In addition to technical improvements, compatibility between different platforms ensures that friends play together without complications. Game Pass Ultimate and Standard users will be able to access the game on both console and PC. On the other hand, those who signs only PC Game Pass will be free to play with users of Steam and Epic Games platforms.

This integration in online mode comes at a strategic moment, a few months before the launch of GTA VI, scheduled for the American fall between September and December. The next chapter of the series will feature the protagonists Lucia and Jason, set in the fictitious state of Leonida, highlighting the reimagination of Vice City. According to estimates from Financial Times, the new game can generate more than $ 3.2 billion in revenue in the first year alone, one third of this value from pre-sale.

Increasing expectation for gta vi boosts franchise in the game pass

The decision to include GTA V again in Game Pass does not happen by chance. Rockstar knows that with GTA VI on the horizon, the best way to keep the audience engaged is to allow new and old players to revisit Los Santos. The reentry of the game in the pay service allows Microsoft to attract subscribers and strengthen its platform, while Rockstar ensures that the fan base remains active and involved with the franchise universe.

With over 185 million copies sold since the original release in 2013, GTA V remains as a cultural phenomenon. The game now resurfaces with renewed breath, new online possibilities and integration between platforms. The news arrives on April 15 and should boost the number of Game Pass subscribers, offering Brazilian players a new chance to explore the chaos and charm of Los Santos with all the latest improvements.
