The wait is finally over! The highly anticipated anime Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX premieres in April, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video . What to expect from the new Gundam GQuuuuuuX?
The story takes place in an alternate reality of the classic Universal Century timeline, where Char Aznable steals the Federation's Gundam. After a mysterious encounter with a Newtype, Char disappears along with the unit in an event dubbed the Zeknova Incident. Years later, young Amate "Machu" Yuzuriha becomes involved in underground mobile suit battles and discovers her own Newtype powers, while also crossing paths with Shuji Ito, the pilot of Char's lost Gundam.
GQuuuuuuX promises to be a remarkable experience, both for its bold plot and the quality of its animation. And with the involvement of names like Hideaki Anno, it's expected to be one of the greatest animes of 2025.
