Colab between the Gundam franchise and Vocaloid Hatsune Miku is expanding. celebration team released a new video clip , several illustrations, goods and even a fan art contest to celebrate March 9, 2025.

The pronunciation of the date “03/09” in Japanese creates a word game with “Mi-Ku” and “Za-Ku” , making March 9 special as Miku's Day and Zaku Day.
The official website of the collaboration released a video clip by Miku, with the song titled “Idol Senshi” , made up of Mitchie M. In the video, Miku goes through the franchise. The melody of the music has elements that refer to different openings of Gundam's anime.

Among the merchandising are t -shirts, key chains, badges, hats, towels and acrylic supports.
The site has revealed that a set of action figures is still scheduled for 2025. Including Figures Lucrea Hatsune Miku x Wing Gundam Zero EW and Lucrea Hatsune Miku x Oo Gundam .
The site also announced a fan art contest , interested parties will be able to apply between March 19 and May 12, 2025 . Art must contain elements that refer to Gundam and Miku.
Collaboration will also extend to Taiko Arcade Games on Tatsujin and Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme vs. 2 Infinite Boost . In addition to winning a show called " Hatsune Miku x Gundam Digital Live ".
