The official website for Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash ( Hai to Gensou no Grimgar ), the light novel by author Ao Jūmonji and Eiri Shirai (illustrator), has a new trailer, revealing that the anime arrives on January 10, 2016.
The “teens x Fantasy” series follows the protagonist “Haruhito” and his companions in the world called Grimgar where they must form a team and cooperate to learn new skills to survive in a hostile environment together. Ryosuke Nakamura is directing and writing the scripts at A-1 Pictures and Mieko Hosoi designs the characters.
Jumonji and Shirai released the light novel in 2013.
