The 18th issue of Shueisha in Japan announced that a game set in the world of the anime Haikyu!! it got the green light and it’s going to happen.
Namco Bandai Games will develop the game for the Nintendo 3DS handheld, and a launch in Japan is scheduled for this year. The magazine informs readers that more details will be revealed in the future.
The game will allow players to experience the world of Haikyu! in two ways: adventure mode and game mode. In Adventure mode, depending on the character the player chooses to be the main character, the story may be different from the manga and anime, because the game will include new plot points.
