The new anime is scheduled for release in January 2020.
Kazuyuki Okitsu will join the cast as the voice of Suguru Daishou .
In addition, two Haikyuu!! OVAs will be released to cover the "Land vs. Sky" and "The Volleyball Way" arcs from the manga.
Copies will be available for purchase at the Jump Festa 2020 event at the Toho Animation booth. The Blu-ray release is scheduled for January 22, 2020.
