According to South Korean news outlet Sports Kyunghyang , actress Han So-hee is being cast as the lead character and will play Cha Hae-in , Korea's only S-rank Hunter. She will star alongside Byun Woo-seok , already confirmed as the protagonist Sung Jinwoo .

Known for her roles in My Name and Gyeongseong Creature , Han So-hee has already demonstrated talent in action productions, making her a natural choice for Cha Hae-in, one of the webtoon's most beloved characters.
