Sega released the first promotional trailer for the game Hero Bank for the Nintendo 3Ds . At the end of the video it is announced that an anime adaptation of the game has been greenlit, and that of course the anime will begin airing on TV Tokyo and its related channels from April onwards.
The game revolves around Kaito, an elementary school boy, who suddenly finds himself in debt of 10 billion yen (about US$100 million) in just one day. The only way he can pay off the debt is to master the famous Hero-Gi (a new generation cyber sport) and win matches in “hero” mode. The game’s slogan says: “Change your money fairly!”
