During the event taking place in Japan, Comic Market 87, the new anime from “Kyoto Animation”, Hibike! Euphonium ( Kitauji Kōkō Suisōgaku-bu and Yōkoso ) which has an official website and trailer. The musical animation is by Ayano Takeda and is scheduled to arrive on Japanese TV in April 2015.
Tatsuya Ishihara (Chūnibyō demo Koi ga Shitai!) will direct the series and Jukki Hanada will handle the scripts.
The story of the original novel revolves around the music club “Kitauji Music”, which always participates in national competitions. With the arrival of a new advisor, the club receives strict instructions from the newly appointed, students continue to improve constantly. The daily lives of club members are full of ups and downs, including fights over solos and the decision to give up club activities to focus on studies.
