Media Factory 's channel has released a new trailer for the anime Hidan no Aria AA (Aria the Scarlet Ammo Double A). The series premieres on October 6th on AT-X, followed by Tokyo MX, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, TV Aichi, and BS11.
Takashi Kawabata, who directed some episodes of Puella Magi Madoka Magica, is the director of the series.
Unlike the first season from 2011, the story follows Akari Mamiya, a first-year Rank-E Butei student at Tokyo Butei High School. She aims to become a "Butei" and idolizes her classmate and world-famous S-Rank Butei, Aria H. Kanzaki. Akari's dream is to follow in Aria's footsteps and become super famous, a nearly impossible mission, but all is not lost, as Aria agrees to help this young woman. Will Aria be able to help this newcomer become a top-tier Butei?
