The second season of High School DxD , announced in September of last year, has received a 30-second teaser. The main cast, both from production and voice acting, will be back for this second season, which is scheduled to premiere in July 2013. Watch the video narrated by the central character Hyodo Issei :
The story follows perverted high school student Hyodo Issei, who ends up dying during a date with his girlfriend, Amano Yuuma. Unbeknownst to him, she is actually a fallen angel sent to Earth to destroy divine weapons. Issei is resurrected as a devil by Rias Gremory and, in gratitude, becomes her servant, fighting against the fallen angels. High School DxD aired its first 12-episode season from January to March 2012 on Japanese television. Six OVAs were also released.
