We've revealed the opening of the new anime Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Sotsu (Higurashi: When They Cry – Gou). According to the official website , the series arrived today, July 1st, on Japanese TV.

Synopsis:

The story takes place in the village of Hinamizawa during the annual Watanagashi festival, which commemorates and thanks the local god, Oyashiro-sama. In each story cycle, one of the friends becomes paranoid and commits murder against his own friends.

Finally, the first season of Higurashi premiered in October 2020 and had 24 episodes.
