The Hollywood Critics Association revealed that Attack on Titan and My Hero Academia were nominated for the TV Awards . So both animes fell into the “Best Streaming Animated Series or TV Movie” category.

In the “Best Animated Series” category, the two animes are competing with American animations such as Animaniacs , Central Park , Harley Quinn and Star Trek: Lower Decks . Originally, the awards were to be handed out on August 12th and 13th, but the awards were postponed due to a serious issue from the Writers Guild of America, which is still ongoing.
According to Crunchyroll, the nominations refer to episode 23 of the 6th season of My Hero Academia and the 1st part of the final episode of Attack on Titan.
Episode 23 of My Hero Academia, called “Deku vs. Class A”, focuses on the confrontation between Midoriya and his friends, who try to bring him back to UA. Furthermore, the anime has already been confirmed for its 7th season by the Bones studio. Meanwhile, the final episode of Attack on Titan's final season was split into two parts as hour-long specials. Therefore, the first special aired on March 3, while the second is scheduled to premiere in the fall 2023 season.
