The work is a sequel to the manga Hoshi no Hitomi no Silhouette by Hiiragi, which was released on the Tokuma Shoten publisher's Comic Tatan website in December 2018. Additionally, the work is also published on the Comic Zenon website .
Synopsis:
The story follows the life of Yuzuki Setogawa, a new university student who meets an attractive man on the day of her entrance ceremony.
The fourth volume of the Hoshikuzu Serenade manga was published on March 18th, and the fifth volume will be released on December 20th of this year.
Finally, Amazon lists the fifth volume as the final one.
