The official Twitter account for Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara magazine revealed on Monday (8) that the anime "Hoshikuzu Telepath" (Stardust Telepath), by Rasuko Ōkuma, will premiere in October.

The manga then adopted a four-panel format and debuted in Manga Time Kirara Houbunsha finally published the manga's third volume on October 27.
Synopsis:
The story follows the life of a shy girl named Umika, who is afraid to talk to others and has difficulty making friends. One day, a transfer student named Yuu shows up. It turns out she's an alien who can read other people's feelings by touching their foreheads.
