The official Twitter account of Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara magazine revealed on Monday (8) that the anime “Hoshikuzu Telepath” (Stardust Telepath), by Rasuko Ōkuma, will premiere in October.

The manga then adopted a 4-panel format, and debuted in Manga Time Kirara in May 2019, beginning its serialization in July. Finally, the publisher Houbunsha released the manga's third volume on October 27th.
Synopsis:
The story follows the life of a shy girl named Umika, who is afraid to talk to other people and has difficulty making friends. Then, one day, a transfer student named Yuu appears. It turns out she is an alien who can read other people's feelings by touching their foreheads along with theirs.
