The new season of Fortnite brought one of the most anticipated collaborations for comic book and gaming fans. In celebration of the release of the new DC movie, Superman (2025), the Epic Games title released a series of themed rewards featuring the Man of Steel.
In addition to David Corenswet's outfit, players can unlock unique emotes, accessories, and styles. However, to secure all items, it's necessary to pay attention to the requirements and availability period in the game.
How to unlock Superman in Fortnite
To obtain the Superman outfit in Fortnite, players need access to the Chapter 6 Season 3 Battle Pass. This pass can be purchased for 1,000 V-Bucks or through a monthly Fortnite Crew subscription. With the pass activated, the next step is to level up your account by 12 levels starting July 11th. Progress prior to that date is not considered; all players must reach 12 additional levels to unlock the character.
In addition, the complete Superman look is part of a series of 12 rewards that include various cosmetic items such as gliders, pickaxes, emotes, and alternate styles. Each item is unlocked according to the level progress accumulated after the campaign's start date.
Superman items that don't require the Battle Pass
Although the main outfit is tied to the Battle Pass, Epic Games has also made four rewards available for free. To earn them, simply level up during the collaboration period. These are:
- Loading Screen “The Confrontation” – Unlocked upon reaching 4 levels.
- "Super Cape" back accessory – Unlocked upon reaching level 10.
- Superman banner icon – Unlocked upon reaching level 16.
- Pickaxe “Crystal Smasher” – Unlocked upon reaching level 22
These gifts are an opportunity for players who don't own the Battle Pass but still want to enjoy the collaboration with the DC hero.

All items from the collaboration will be available until August 7, 2025. Therefore, players have less than a month to accumulate the necessary levels and secure all the hero cosmetics.
