Hunter x Hunter is back after years of hiatus! That's right! One of the shounen manga of all time, Hunter x Hunter is confirmed to be returning after a tweet went viral purporting to be from the series' creator, Yoshihiro Togashi .
According to the Tweet , Togashi has completed 6 new chapters of Hunter x Hunter and he is trying to finish 4 for now. The post gathered more than 200 thousand likes in a matter of hours , but as the account was created recently there was still no confirmation whether this account belongs to the creator of Hunter x Hunter or not, until it was CONFIRMED by the author of One Punch Man .

One Punch Man author Yasuke Murata is also following this Twitter . They also retweeted the tweet with the caption “ I was with the person, myself ”.
In other words, in the next editions of Shounen Jump official confirmation HXH 's return . You can celebrate, the hiatus is over!
The Hunter x Hunter began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in March 1998 . Hunter x Hunter was adapted by MadHouse into an anime , which aired from October 2011 to September 2014 with a total number of 148 episodes .
