The anime In the Land of Leadale ( Leandale no Daichi nite ) has released a new trailer and promotional image for the series finale . According to the official website , the series premiered on Japanese television on January 5th .

The animation is by studio Maho Film ( Uchi no Musume ) and directed by Takeyuki Yanase (Himegoto).
Synopsis:
The last thing she can remember is that her life support machine started to fail. Her body had suffered terribly after a tragic accident, and the only freedom left in her life came from the VR world in Leadale. How did she end up in a place that looks exactly like her game, except that apparently 200 years have passed?
Finally, the light novel In the Land of Leadale by authors Ceez and Tenmaso began publication in Shōsetsuka ni Narō in November 2010 and ended in December 2012.
