In the Land of Leadale gets new features

During the Kadokawa Light Novel Expo 2021 , news was revealed about the adaptation of the light novel In the Land of Leadale ( Leadale no Daichi nite ). According to the event, the adaptation will be a television anime

In addition, Maho Film ( I'm Standing on a Million Lives, Uchi no Musume ) will handle the animation, directed by Takeyuki Yanase (Himegoto).

Synopsis:

The last thing she remembers is her life support system starting to fail. Her body had suffered terribly after a tragic accident, and the only freedom she had left in her life came from the VR world of Leadale. How did she end up in a place that looks exactly like her game, except apparently 200 years have passed?

Finally, the novel In the Land of Leadale by authors Ceez and Tenmaso began publication in Shōsetsuka ni Narō in November 2010 and ended in December 2012. Six chapters after the end of the story were later published by Ceez from 2013 to 2019.
