The April issue of Kodansha 's Kiss published the final chapter of Nico Nicholson Inishie Otaku no Koiwazurai " this Saturday.

Therefore, the fourth and final volume of the manga will be released in May.
Nico Nicholson launched the manga in Kiss in June 2021. Kodansha published the manga's third volume in October 2022.
Synopsis
Otaku culture has finally become mainstream, and Megumi can't get over it. Divorced with a teenage daughter, Megumi fondly thinks back to her otaku days in 1995. That year, she transferred to a new school and decided to start over, hiding her otaku interests. She found herself under the wing of a kind-hearted basketball star named Masamune, who resembles one of her favorite characters. But even though Megumi smells destiny in the air, she is devastated to learn that Masamune detests otakus.
