Publisher JBC announced through a live broadcast that the InuYasha manga will be relaunched.
The relaunch will be in Tankobon , allowing the 56 volumes of the previous format to be compiled into just 30 .
Furthermore, the relaunch will feature color pages .
In Japan, Inuyasha was originally published between 1996 and 2008 in Shonen Sunday magazine. In Brazil, JBC published the work between 2002 and 2009 in 112 volumes in the half-tank format. In 2016, the manga won a popular survey carried out by publisher JBC to relaunch the work.
At the same time, it is worth remembering that Inuyasha will receive an anime continuation titled Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon (Hanyō no Yasha-hime), which will debut on Japanese TV in October and with animation from the Sunrise .
