Kraftton has revealed new details about Inzoi, its life simulator that promises to rival The Sims. The game will feature 16 different types of deaths, ranging from domestic accidents to emotional collapses. According to director Hyungjun “Kjun” Kim, mortality will be a central gameplay element, bringing unexpected challenges to players.
Among the situations that can lead the characters to death, stand out:
- Domestic Accidents: A simple slip in the bathroom can be fatal. Characters who ignore security measures are more likely to serious falls.
- Food poisoning: Consuming damaged foods can cause serious complications, resulting in death if the character does not seek treatment on time.
- Electric Shock: fixing electronic devices without experience can be lethal, especially when there are frequent mechanical failures in the house.
- Roils: Crossing the street without attention can end up in tragedy, requiring more care in movement of the characters around the city.
- Extreme exhaustion: Working too much without rest can lead the character to an irreversible physical collapse.
- Drowning: Lack of skill in swimming or carelessness in pools and lakes can be fatal.
- Hunger and dehydration: If a character ignores basic needs for a long time, his health will deteriorate to death.
- Emotional Death: One of the most innovative aspects of the game, this mechanics involves the impact of social interactions on the mental health of the characters. If the need for recognition is ignored and the character's reputation is ruined, he can literally "give up on living."
In addition to these, other deaths will be present in the game, expanding the unpredictability of the simulation. The director stressed that the fatalities will not occur frequently, but can be triggered by repetitive choices or carelessness.
Advanced and immersive gameplay increase realism in Inzoi
In addition to mortality mechanics, Inzoi will feature an advanced artificial intelligence system, making the characters more realistic. AI will influence your daily behavior, your interactions and even your emotions. Characters can develop unique personalities and react more authentically to everyday situations.
The game will also present random events that can dramatically change the life of the characters. Domestic accidents, emotional crises and financial problems can directly impact each other's trajectory, making the experience more dynamic.
Launch, price and future updates
Inzoi will be in advance access on March 28, initially available for PC via Steam. The price will be $ 40, equivalent to about $ 180 in Brazil.
During this phase, the game will receive free DLCs, as well as four major updates by 2025, adding more customization options and new content. The first update is scheduled for May, followed by new packages in August, October and December.
Although the studio has an ambitious schedule, the director stressed that development will consistently follow, ensuring that the promises made to players are fulfilled.
