The official title of the work in English is Otherworldly Munchkin: Let's Speedrun the Dungeon with Only 1 HP , which in a free translation is something like, Otherworldly Munchkin: Let's Speed Run the Dungeon with Only 1 HP.

Synopsis of Isekai Munchkin
The original work that inspired the anime is a manga of the same name, written by Yu Shimizu and illustrated by Makoto Aogiri , published by Kodansha in Sirius KC in 2019.
The story follows the life of Yukito Kirihara , who lives with his 14-year-old sister Sana , whom he values more than anyone else. One day, an ogre appears outside the window looking for Sana, and Yukito tries to save her, but the ogre kills him.
He receives a promise of reincarnation from a mysterious woman, who gives him a character sheet in a mysterious book. But when Yukito reincarnates, he sees Sana in this new world as well, and he sets out to find her and save them both, even though he only has 1 HP to do so.
