The official title of the work in English is Phherworldly Munchkin: Let's Speedrun the Dungeon With Only 1 HP , which in free translation is something like, muchchkin from other worlds: let's speed the dungeon with just 1 HP.

Isekai Munchkin 's synopsis
The original work that inspired the anime is a manga of the same name, written by Yu Shimizu and illustrated by Makoto Aogiri , released by Kodansha in Sirius KC in 2019.
The story follows the life of Yukito Kirihara , who lives with his 14 -year -old sister Sana , who he values more than anyone else. One day an ogre appears outside the window looking for Sana, and Yukito tries to save her, but the ogre kills him.
He receives the promise of reincarnation from a mysterious woman who gives him a character Fi in a mysterious book. But when Yukito reincarnates he sees Sana in this new world too, he goes out to find her and save them both, even if he has only 1 HP to do that.
