Cheat Skill Isekai Synopsis
A door to another world opens before a boy who has been brutally bullied his entire life. This alternate reality then grants him access to all sorts of things, including cheating abilities and a portal that allows him to travel between his old and new worlds! Can this class underdog turn things around at home…?
I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World is a Japanese light novel series written by Miku and illustrated by Rein Kuwashima. It began as a web novel, released on the Kakuyomu website in March 2017. The novel later caught the attention of Fujimi Shobo, which began publishing it in December 2018 under the Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint.
The story also received a manga adaptation, illustrated by Kazuomi Minatogawa. The manga began serialization on ASCII Media Works' Dengeki PlayStation Comic Web in December 2019. As of July 2024, the chapters have been compiled into six tankōbon volumes, gaining a growing fan base along the way.
