Isekai One Turn Kill Nee-san began publishing the manga in Shōsetsu ni Narō (Let's Be Novelists) in December 2019, with a physical release only arriving in March 2020 in Sunday GX.
Synopsis:
The story of the isekai genre follows Asahi Ikusaba, a high school student who got lost and ended up in another world. He has knowledge of games and fantasy worlds, but is weak and has no “special abilities”. Ikusaba meets her older sister Mayu in the other world, and she has the ability of this stronger special ability and also has a brother complex.
