Isekai Quartet , a popular chibi-style animated series, had its 3rd season announced this Friday (08). The story involves characters from the anime Konosuba, Overlord, Re:Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu, and Youjo Senki, both published by Kadokawa.

Thus, the Isekai Quartet trailer revealed the inclusion of The Eminence in Shadow as part of this new season. In total, more than 70 characters will appear in this insane school life like you've never seen before. The third act of this madness is about to begin.
The anime is being developed by Studio PuYUKAI, with Minoru Ashina directing and writing the script.
What to expect from the anime Isekai Quartet?
After their adventures in the parallel world, Ainz, Kazuma, Subaru, Tanya, Naofumi, and company return to school life. Class 2 welcomes two new classmates: Otto and Garfiel. Everything seemed to be heading towards peaceful days… until the atmosphere begins to change. Mysterious transfer students in Class 1, strange events happening everywhere, and, as always, sudden announcements of crazy events. What will be the fate of this school where nothing is normal?
The first season of the anime Isekai Quartet aired between April and June 2019. A second season aired from January to March 2020, including additional characters from Tate no Yūsha no Nariagari and Kono Yuusha ga Ore Tueee Kuse ni Shinchou Sugiru.
