The official website for the anime Isekai Yakkyoku revealed the theme song artists, the July premiere date, and a new key visual on Thursday:
Kaori Ishihara will therefore sing the opening theme song, called “Musou-teki Chronicle”, while the band Little Black Dress will perform the ending theme song “Haku'u”.
Synopsis
The story revolves around a young pharmacologist who was so focused on his research that he died from overwork. He was transported to an alternate world and reincarnated as Pharma, the descendant of a noble lineage of court healers. In this world where remedies and misguided cures abound, he confronts all kinds of illnesses to save lives, thanks to his profound knowledge of modern pharmacology from his past life.
Finally, author Takayama launched the Isekai Yakkyoku light novel on the Shosetsuka ni Naro in January 2016. Kadokawa's MF Books imprint has published seven volumes of the light novel so far, with illustrations by keepout. Sei Takano has been serializing a manga adaptation in Kadokawa since November 2016. The franchise has over 2.3 million copies in circulation.
