In the video released on Kadokawa's channel, we can see that the second season of Ishura has been officially confirmed.

Takeo Takahashi (Hinako Note, The Island of Giant Insects) is the chief director, while Yuki Ogawa (FLCL Progressive, Mieruko-chan) is directing the anime at Passione. Kenta Ihara (Mieruko-chan, Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy-) is supervising and writing the series scripts, and finally, the SANZIGEN studio is responsible for the CG animation.
Synopsis:
The story of Ishura takes place after the death of the Demon King, a series of demigods capable of overthrowing him have inherited the world: a master swordsman who can figure out how to defeat his opponent with a single glance; a spearman so fast he can break the sound barrier; a wyvern rogue who fights with three legendary weapons at once; an all-powerful mage who can transform thoughts into reality; and an angelic assassin who deals with instant death. Eager to earn the title of “A True Hero,” each of these champions faces challenges against formidable enemies and unleashes conflicts. However, the battle to determine the mightiest of the mighty begins.
Therefore, the light novel Ishura debuted in Shōsetsuka ni Narō e Kakuyomu in September 2019.
