The classic and nostalgic Jackie Chan series (The Adventures of Jackie Chan) is returning, this time with a new twist. It was announced that Jackie Chan will be getting a new animated series in 2016, titled The Adventures of La & Zy , which is being produced by Dasym Media .
The animation will be aimed at children aged 6 to 12 and will have 104 episodes of 11 minutes each. Randy Rogel (The 7A, Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain) is working on the script, alongside executive producers Steve Waterman (Alvin and the Chipmunks, Stuart Little), Charlie Coker, Bruce Stein, Esmond Ren and Chan himself.
The animation will narrate the adventures of Chan, a teenager who is training to learn martial arts, where it will also feature two new characters La and Zy , two pandas who will live new and fun adventures with the martial artist.
