JoJo's Bizarre Adventure gets a second season!

It was announced by the weekly magazine Shonen Jump Shueisha, the confirmation of the second season of the anime JoJo's Bizarre Adventure . The announcement was already expected by fans, as at the end of the first, scenes of the character Joutarou Kuujou were shown, with the following message “To Be Continued” . The new episodes will cover the third arc of the manga, titled Stardust Crusaders.
Jojo Bizarre Adventure Director Tsuda Naokatsu and series director Kenichi Suzuki will return to be responsible for the anime at David Production. Yasuko Kobayashi is responsible for the scripts and Takako Shimizu for the character designs, completing the return of the main team from the first season.

The first season was released in Japan in October 2012 and had a total of 26 episodes that adapted the first two story arcs: Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency .

In Stardust Crusaders the story takes place 49 years after the first part with Joseph Joestar, Joseph Joestar's grandson, who discovers that he has the power to summon a Stand. This manga arc was first published in 1989 and consisted of a total of 15 books. The manga is currently in its eighth part.
