The official website for the film Josee to Tora to Sakana-tachi announced that the film's premiere will now be on December 25th, delayed from its previously scheduled summer release due to the spread of COVID-19. The website also revealed the main cast and the film's theme song. In addition, a trailer was released, featuring the theme song "Ao no Waltz".
Plot
Josee to Tora to Sakana-tachi revolves around the relationship between Tsuneo and Josee. Tsuneo is a university student, and Josee is a young woman who rarely leaves home alone because she is unable to walk. The two meet when Tsuneo encounters Josee's grandmother taking her for a morning walk.
