The official website for the film Josee to Tora to Sakana-tachi announced that the film will premiere on December 25th, delayed from its previously scheduled summer release due to the spread of COVID-19. The website also revealed the main cast and the film's theme song. A trailer featuring the theme song "Ao no Waltz" was also released.
Plot
Josee to Tora to Sakana-tachi revolves around the relationship between Tsuneo and Josee. Tsuneo is a college student and Josee is a young woman who rarely leaves the house alone because she can't walk. The two meet when Tsuneo finds Josee's grandmother taking her for a morning walk.
