The film "Jujutsu Kaisen 0" has already earned 4.9 million tickets for 6.7 billion yen in the first 15 days since its premiere on December 24.
The film's official website has published a new video promoting its success, featuring King Gnu's ending theme song, "Sakayume." Check it out:
The site also announced that pop-up cafes from the film will open from January 14 to March 27 in Tokyo (Harajuku and Shinjuku), Yokohama, Osaka and Nagoya.
Viewers will receive a booklet titled " Jujutsu Kaisen #0.5 Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School ." While supplies last, theaters will distribute 5 million booklets. Theaters in Kyoto and Miyagi (story locations important to the film), as well as Tokyo, Osaka, Aichi, Fukuoka, and Hokkaido, will hold midnight screenings on the opening day.
Jujutsu Kaisen 0 is therefore animated by MAPPA and distributed by TOHO.
The 24th and final episode of the anime aired on March 26, with the announcement that a film was in production.
