The new trailer once again features the powerful track “ Ichizu ” by the band King Gnu , recalling the emotional impact of the original premiere. After all, the film was a true success, not only in Japan, but also in the United States and Canada. Subsequently, it became available worldwide via Crunchyroll in September 2022.
The journey of Yuta Okkotsu and the weight of the curse
The story follows Yuta Okkotsu , a young man tormented by the curse of his childhood friend, Rika , who tragically died after they promised to marry in the future. However, everything changes when he is taken in by Satoru Gojo , the most powerful jujutsu sorcerer, and begins studying at the mysterious Jujutsu High .
There, Yuta meets his classmates Maki Zen'in , Toge Inumaki , and Panda , and finds the motivation to keep going. " I want to have the confidence to say that it's okay for me to be alive ," declares the protagonist. Soon, the terrifying villain Suguru Geto , planning a massacre on Christmas Eve called the Night Parade of the Hundred Demons .

While Geto desires a world solely for sorcerers, he casts a thousand curses upon Shinjuku and Kyoto , putting innocent lives at risk. Thus, it falls to Yuta to gather strength to confront him and, perhaps, free Rika from her curse.
