The official website for the second season of the Jujutsu Kaisen has announced that it will have a sequel adapting the “ Slaughter Game ” (Shimetsu Kaiyū) arc from the manga.

Therefore, the final episode of the anime's second season and the "Shibuya Incident" arc aired this Thursday. The season premiered on July 6th.
Synopsis
Ever since high school student Yuji Itadori became involved with the secret society of sorcerers called Jujutsu Kaisen, he has been training to confront the curses, evil beings that haunt the living world. Therefore, to protect his friends and innocent people, Yuji decides to join the jujutsu sorcerers as a student-in-training under the tutelage of Satoru Gojo, the strongest sorcerer of all.
The second season aired for two cours (quarters of a year) in a continuous half-year run. The anime adapts the "Secret Inventory/Untimely Death" ("Kaigyoku/Gyokusetsu") and "Shibuya Incident" arcs from Gege Akutami's original manga. The "Secret Inventory/Untimely Death" arc aired from July 6 to August 3, followed by two compilation episodes on August 10 and 17. The "Shibuya Incident" arc began on August 31 and consisted of 18 episodes.
Gege Akutami launched the manga in Shueisha 's Weekly Shonen Jump in March 2018.
