While the sorcerers organize to end the Slaughter Game , Maki Zenin returns to the Zenin clan . Her goal is to retrieve cursed tools and strengthen the group. However, despite Naoya's insults and her mother's attempt to stop her, Maki resolutely advances to the forbidden storage area.
Upon opening the door, she finds a shocking scene. In place of the weapons, there are her sister Mai, gravely wounded, and her father Ogi Zenin, covered in blood. The discovery marks a breaking point for Maki, initiating a crucial awakening that will shape future events.
Meanwhile, in Shibuya, a mysterious barrier traps civilians during Halloween. Satoru Gojo enters the location alone, surrounded by curses that plan to seal him away. Thus, the Shibuya Incident connects directly to the Slaughter Game, amplifying the chaos that grips Japan.
