With the release of the latest partial box office figures for Jujutsu Kaisen 0, it was confirmed that the film reached the 12.3 billion yen mark, surpassing Kaze Tachinu and becoming the 8th highest-grossing anime of all time in Japan.
Furthermore, the film reached 23rd place in the overall box office as well.
Synopsis:
The story takes place a year before the events of the anime, and follows Yuta Okkotsu , a young man who has been haunted by the spirit of young Rika since childhood. Rika died in a traffic accident and left Yuta a ring. However, the girl's spirit no longer has its sweet appearance, but instead manifests as a monstrous entity that protects him with or without his will.
