Jujutsu Kaisen – Nanami's voice actor brings a suspicious message to fans
Thank you for watching #jujutsukaisen . Thank you for supporting #nanamikento . #nanamin #kenjirotsuda
— 津田健次郎 KENJIRO TSUDA (@tsuda_ken) October 16, 2023
In the last episode of Jujutsu Kaisen, Nanami was the center of attention as she took charge of the fight and made the enemy beg for mercy. After her character gained so much attention, Tsuda released a thank you post on X (Twitter).
However, his post also feels like a parting message due to Nanami's fate at the end of the Shibuya Incident . Therefore, it seems that the voice actor is aware that Nanami will die in this arc. Anyone who has read the manga must have noticed this detail in the message, knowing what will happen in the future.
Synopsis:
Ever since Yuji Itadori, a high school student, became involved with the secret society of sorcerers called Jujutsu Kaisen, he has been training to face curses, evil beings that haunt the world of the living. Therefore, to protect his friends and innocent people, Yuji decides to join the jujutsu sorcerers as a student in training under the guardianship of Satoru Gojo, the strongest sorcerer of all.
The first season of the anime premiered in October 2020 and had 24 episodes animated by studio MAPPA . Later, the studio also took care of the animation for the film Jujutsu Kaisen 0 , which takes place a few years before the main series and tells the story of young Yuta Okkotsu.
