The third season of the anime Jujutsu Kaisen , titled "Game Slaughter Arc – Part 1" , will premiere in Japan on January 8, 2026. Studio MAPPA also confirmed that the character Zen'in Naoya will be voiced by Koji Yusa , a well-known voice actor in series such as Bleach and Gintama .

In addition, a special character video and a new teaser visual were released. The premiere of the first two episodes coincided with the release of the film "Jujutsu Kaisen: Shibuya Incident Special Edition × Pre-Premiere of the Extermination Game ," which was shown today, November 7th , in Japanese cinemas.
During the announcement, Yusa commented humorously:
“Passing an audition is rare (laughs). I was very happy, especially because it’s such an impactful role. I will give my best in the performance.”
The teaser visual shows Yuta Okkotsu and Yuji Itadori facing off in an intense duel, revealing the clash between two disciples of Gojo Satoru . The visual highlights the contrast between Yuta's cold gaze and Yuji's desperate resistance.
Finally, it was confirmed that the special film will be shown in more than 70 countries , consolidating the worldwide success of the franchise created by Gege Akutami .
