Imminent confrontation between heroes and villains in Kagurabachi
The chapter begins with Samura being informed of the murder of Kunishige Rokuhira and the robbery of the enchanted swords. The news comes through Kamunabi, the organization responsible for the protection of the bearers of these weapons. The initial plan is to escort samura to the entity's headquarters, but everything changes when Yura appears on your door.
Outside, the bodies of agents sent on the floor. Yura presents herself as a member of Hishaku and admits to having killed one of the swords. Instead of trying to eliminate samura immediately, it proposes an agreement. The conversation exposes the growing tension between the factions involved in the war I seite and reveals the intention of the Hishaku to reverse the curse caused by the sword Shinuchi.
According to Yura, the stability that Samura defends is illusory. The flowers emerged after the war still sprout on an isolated island, a sign that the curse remains active. For the villain, ignoring this phenomenon would be the protagonist's greatest sin, which until then seemed alien to the persistence of chaos.
Unexpected alliance and return of the past
Despite the disconcerting proposal, Samura does not reject the offer. He ponders the risk of keeping hishaku on the loose with such dangerous swords. At the same time, he recognizes that Shinuchi's threat can resurface as long as the sword bearer. With this, it agrees to collaborate - a turn that leaves the story on suspense regarding the real goals of the character.
The chapter then revisits the trajectory of Iori, daughter of Samura, who was welcomed by Inori's sister after suffering bullying at school because of her father's past. Six months later, she is approached by members of the Masumi group, who propose to erase their history and offer a new identity.
Iori recalls the moments with his father, including a letter in which he asks for forgiveness for the suffering caused. Even with all the changes, the young woman can't forget her origins. The memories intensify the moment the sword seal is broken, a sign that something grand is about to happen.
Battle of the Enchanted Swords begins in chapter 74 of Kagurabachi
The action returns to the present when Iori defends itself from a hostile group, holding a real sword for the first time. Although inexperienced, she displays skill, learned with samura, and shows that she is willing to fight to meet her father again.
Meanwhile, Chihiro and Hiruhiko prepare for combat. Hiruhiko, injured by Chihiro earlier, decides to continue even without ideal conditions. Beside him, I keep the warning that Samura will come to meet him if he wields an enchanted sword.
In parallel, Iori asks Chihiro if the sky darkened because of samura. The answer, though uncertain, suggests that the father observes it from afar. Chihiro reinforces that the girl's feelings are not in vain. At this point, the two young swords ladded their blades at the same time.
The heaven, previously loaded, opens with the release of the swords. The final scene shows samura down from the heavens with black wings, resembling a corrupted angelic figure. Its arrival marks the beginning of the triple battle between users of the enchanted swords, promising to redefine the direction of the plot.
CROSS AND Redemption Paths at Play
Kagurabachi chapter 74 highlights the moral dilemmas of Samura, the evolution of Iori, and the developments of the war I seite. The narrative combines family drama, dark fantasy and strategic battles, in a tension climbing that promises climax in the next editions.
The reunion between father and daughter, still pending, adds an emotional layer to the plot. Already the alliance between Samura and the Hishaku launches doubts about the real nature of their repentance and the consequences of their choice.
With the scenario armed for a major clash, Kagurabachi stands as one of the most intense manga in the current phase of Weekly Shonen Jump. The presence of the enchanted swords, now wielded by characters with conflicting goals, raises the expectation for the next chapters.
