The Spring 2024 season (April to June) has been full of highly anticipated premieres, but the anime of Kaii to Otome to Kamikakushi ( Mysterious Disappearances ) is definitely one of the surprises for fans.
Therefore, the anime is based on the manga that went unnoticed for almost five years, gaining prominence for a different aspect: Ecchi.
The plot revolves around Sumireko Ogawa, a busty bookseller (yes, that's how the author describes her) who aspires to become a writer. When strange events begin to happen in the city, she teams up with her co-worker, the charming Ren Adashino, to investigate them. But during the investigation, will he reveal his own secret?
Surprisingly, it is Sumireko Ogawa herself, the protagonist, who has attracted attention on social media. The production has focused a lot on its huge “plots”, partly remembering what happened with “Mieruko-chan” a few years ago , where a horror anime ended up standing out more for its ecchi moments, something that Passione studios also emphasized a lot in adaptation.
In this case, Zero-G studios (Tsugumomo, One Room) are at the helm of production, so fans can rest assured the anime is in good hands. Therefore, fans’ comments could not be missing:
- What are the protagonist's abilities? I don't understand .
- Seriously, this season has such weak ecchi.
- A 28 year old virgin, that girl is about to explode.
- That is good? I have high hopes for this summer’s premieres. .
- This cannot be broadcast in China!.
- Is this girl a normal person with a beautiful face?.
- Is she funny? I can't give an opinion yet .
