It was revealed through the 7th issue of Kodansha 's Morning that a spin-off of the Kaiji manga will debut in the magazine's next issue, which will be released on January 21st.
Furthermore, it is confirmed that the Spin-Off will focus on the character Seiya Ichijou.
The manga will be the third in a series of Spin-offs. The previous spin-offs were called “ Mr. Tonegawa: Middle Management Blues “, which debuted in 2015, and the manga “ 1-nichi Gaishutsuroku Hanchou “, released in December 2016.
Author Nobuyuki Fukumoto began serializing Kaiji in Kodansha 's Young from 1996 to 1999.
