An official website for the game also received an announcement revealing the trailer above. Therefore, the game had no announced release date.
'Kaiju No.8' Synopsis:
Japan is the place with the highest rate of monster appearances in the world, suffering invasions every day. In the past, Kafka Hibino wanted to be part of the Defense Forces, but currently works for a company specializing in cleaning up the remains of battles fought with monsters. But one day, the boy has his body transformed by a mysterious creature and is given the code name “Kaiju no. 8” of the Japan Defense Forces, the organization responsible for subduing the monsters!
