Synopsis:
Japan is the place with the highest rate of monster appearances in the world, suffering invasions every day. In the past, Kafka Hibino wanted to be part of the Defense Forces, but currently works for a company specializing in cleaning up the remains of battles fought with monsters. One day, the boy has his body transformed by a mysterious creature and is given the code name “Kaiju no. 8” of the Japan Defense Forces, the organization responsible for subduing the monsters!
Therefore, Naoya Matsumoto launched the manga in July 2020 on the Shueisha publisher's Shonen Jump+ . Since then, the manga has been released every two weeks on the website and on the MANGA Plus where all its chapters are available for free, but only in English.
