Kaiketsu Zorori – Franchise receives a new trailer for its film

Tokyo Theater 's YouTube channel has revealed a new trailer for the film Kaiketsu Zorori: Lalala♪ Star Tanjou (A Star Is Born), the new film based on the anime Kaiketsu Zorori , a work by Yutaka Hara .

Thus, the trailer features the songs “Audition e Ikou”, by the voice actors of Zorori (Kouichi Yamadera) and Hipopo (Erika Ikuta), and the song “Jishin Manman yo”, by Erika Ikuta.

Kaiketsu Zorori: Lalala♪ Star Tanjou premieres on December 9th.

The film will be based on the 2019 book Kaiketsu Zorori: Star Tanjou, but will offer a fresh take on the story. The story will focus on Zorori's encounter with a girl named Hipopo, who wants to be a star but can't sing for a certain reason.

This will be the first new anime film in the franchise since 2017's Kaiketsu Zorori: ZZ no Himitsu, and marks the franchise's 35th anniversary.

Bandai Namco Pictures and Ajia-do will once again produce the animation. Atsuhiro Tomioka, the main writer for the two previous anime films, is returning to write the script, while Kouhei Tanaka, who composed the music for the previous entries in the franchise, is returning to create the film's soundtrack.

Rikako Aikawa, Motoko Kumai, and Yuuki Kaji will then return from the previous anime as Ishishi, Noshishi, and Beat, respectively.

Motto! Majime ni Fumajime Kaiketsu Zorori (More! Seriously Unserious Incredible Zorori), the new anime in the franchise, premiered on NHK Educational on April 6.

This anime series, which premiered in April 2020, was the first television anime adaptation of the books in 13 years. The show featured episodes with stories that did not appear in the books or previous adaptations. The anime also introduced the new original character Beat, Zorori's rival.

Finally, the second series of the anime premiered on NHK E-TV in April 2021.
